What is the Kristina Combs Memorial Education Fund?
The Kristina Combs Memorial Education Fund has been established to honor Kristina's life by helping provide future educational opportunities for her four sons: Kye, Avi, Bae, and Taj.
How can I make a memorial contribution?
Please make checks payable to:
Fidelity Brokerage Services FBO Quentin Combs
Memo: Kristina Combs Memorial Education Fund
Checks can be mailed to or dropped off at:
Sweet Life Financial Planning
208 E. Chestnut St.
Corydon, IN 47112
Why are checks made payable this way?
Memorial contributions are being deposited into a dedicated Fidelity brokerage account established specifically for this purpose. After the memorial contribution period concludes, Quentin intends to divide the funds equally among education savings (529) plans for each of the boys.
How will the funds be used?
It is Quentin's intention that all memorial contributions be divided equally and contributed to education savings (529) plans established for Kye, Avi, Bae, and Taj to help support their future educational expenses.
Are contributions tax-deductible?
No. Because this is a private memorial fund established for the benefit of the family, contributions are considered personal gifts and are not charitable tax deductions.
Is there a minimum or maximum contribution?
No. Every gift, regardless of size, is sincerely appreciated.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. Donors who wish to remain anonymous are welcome to do so.
