Brian LaHue, CFP®

Lifestyle Financial Planner

Brian LaHue is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional with more than 15 years of experience working with families and small business owners. Brian's primary focus is on helping clients pursue their desired lifestyles. His approach is to first understand his client's goals by taking the time to ask engaging questions and listen. Brian has helped countless individuals, families, and business owners increase their confidence regarding their financial future. His relaxed approach fosters client engagement and teamwork. Throughout the planning process, he enjoys educating his clients and strongly believes in transparency and simplicity.

Brian also holds his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network® along with his fixed/variable/health and long-term care insurance licenses. Before founding Sweet Life Financial Planning, Brian was a financial advisor at First Harrison Financial Services. Before that, he gained extensive experience working at leading firms like JPMorgan Chase and Raymond James. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys coaching youth and high school Track & Field. Brian and his wife, Marcee, are USA Level II certified coaches and are passionate about the Corydon Central Track & Field Program where they have been coaching since 2016. Brian is currently a board member of the Harrison County Community Foundation and serves on the finance committee. He enjoys spending time with his two children, Booker and Georgia, tackling home improvement projects, traveling, and having as many family movie nights as possible!

Hannah Harbeson

Financial Planning Assistant

Before joining Sweet Life Financial Planning, Hannah Harbeson had been with First Harrison Bank for more than 10 years, where she served as the administrative assistant since January 2014. Today, Hannah helps Sweet Life Financial Planning run smoothly and makes sure our clients are taken care of each day with service and support. Hannah is a life-long Harrison County resident and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Hannah is energized by social interactions and enjoys getting to know our clients on a personal level to better understand their financial needs.
